Yuma Gas Corporation began in 1987 as a gas marketing company dedicated to the transportation and marketing of Yuma’s equity and third party gas to a diversified group of industrial, LDC and end-use customers throughout major markets in the United States. Yuma Gas sold approximately 450 MMcf per day to these end users until the company’s assets were sold in 1993.

Yuma Gas Corporation was able to mitigate natural gas price volatility for its customers through innovative marketing and hedging techniques. This service offered price protection to customers against intervening market fluctuations.
