Mr. Lafosse has been employed in the natural gas industry since 1966. He worked with Enron Corporation and Excel Resources, Inc. prior to joining Yuma in November, 1996. During his tenure with Florida Gas, a subsidiary of Enron, Mr. Lafosse was in charge of the daily monitoring and operations of approximately 4,600 miles of pipeline and 22 compressor stations, with a throughput of 800,000 Mcf per day, delivering 94 percent of the daily consumption of natural gas for the state of Florida. Mr. Lafosse is a member of the Natural Gas Association of Houston, the Texas Gas Association, and is a former President of the Gas Controllers Association. (Experience: 43 years)
