Texas Southeastern Gas Gathering Company (“TSEGG”, a subsidiary of The Yuma Companies, Inc.) currently owns and operates a 76 mile pipeline system in Plaquemines and St. Bernard Parishes in the state of Louisiana. The system delivers natural gas to a main trunk line operated by Southern Natural Gas. Another subsidiary, Texas Southeastern Gas Marketing Company, markets natural gas for customers on TSEGG’s system.
